Hi. I'm Bethel

My passion is helping leaders and organizations find new, strategic and healthier ways of thinking and working together that are sustainable, equitable and inclusive. I’m committed to helping folks unlearn patterns and behaviors and shift mindsets away from dominant systems of oppression towards liberated and interdependent practices and outlooks. I want to help leaders and organizations be their best and maximize their impact in the most dynamic environments. I'm especially committed to leaders and organizations with missions that aim to serve communities most impacted. 

I am a trainer, facilitator, strategist and program designer with 15 years of combined experience in international development, social justice and the private sector. I've worked domestically and globally with leaders and organizations across Sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East, Europe and the United States.
